Living in a time dominated by a culture of busyness means we are often less physically active than we should be. Become active again and do physical things at Wolwedans such as planting a tree, packing a stone circle, going on an e-Bike excursion, horseback riding, trekking through the sand, or getting creative through pottery, leatherwork and gardening (discover the “Secret Gardener" in you)!

This is practical stuff you do with your hands/ body and it balances the head part, which sometimes blurs our connections with nature, ourselves, and each other; we can get 'stuck in our heads' or be too cerebral and overthink things. By getting energy flowing to your hands and through your body again, you re-establish connections. It can even be meditative by allowing you to focus on one thing for a while and invite a heightened sense of consciousness.
