The Wolwedans Foundation is a Namibian-registered Trust. Whilst the Foundation was a CSR (corporate social responsibility) sideline in the past, it is likely to become the main player in the Wolwedans fold, supported by the tourism entity of NamibRand Safaris and the land-holding Pty Ltd, NamibRand Desert Trails.

With the plan of scaling things up significantly through The AridEden Project, the Board of Trustees needs to be expanded (currently comprising the Chairman, Stephan Brückner, and one Trustee, Taimi Malima). The Wolwedans Foundation’s Board of Trustees is envisaged to welcome four additional Namibian trustees (in addition to the Chair) with strong backgrounds in finance, law, human resource development, education, and communication.
