To attract customers and keep income flowing, Wolwedans needs to run its hospitality operation professionally and deliver service excellence. Addressing the quest for excellence is our “MissionOne” – a separate strategy and action plan defining the Wolwedans Experience in its entirety. MissionOne covers five fields:

  1. destination;
  2. lodges & camps;
  3. activities;
  4. service delivery; and
  5. technical competence

MissionOne was launched in 2019 with an extensive renovation and refurbishment programme of all camps.
